Why I love being part of the LivFit team: LivFit is an absolute dream come true for me! I started the LivFit brand with nothing but passion and wanting to make a positive impact on my community, at the age of 21. It took 8 years of hard work and saving to open the studio doors on 4 June 2016.
I absolutely love what I do! Helping people transform into their best self is so empowering and keeps me motivated!

Being able to help people grow not just in physical strength, but helping them find themselves and loving everything about what they learn is amazing. Self love is not just about what you see in the mirror but also about what you feel on the inside, like having inner peace. The Livfit lifestyle is all about mental and physical health, and that is why I call myself a proud Livfit trainer.
